Use this flow when a facility is already on BedGrid but its original admin has left and no one on your team can log in to approve new staff.
Because takeover grants admin access, you'll need to verify 3 of 4 facility details (license #, address, phone, bed count) on the next step — stronger than a normal claim.

When should I use facility recovery?

  • Your facility is already on BedGrid but the original admin has left and no one on your team can log in.
  • Nobody can approve new staff through the Join my team flow because there are zero active admins.
  • You can verify at least 3 of 4 facility details (license number, address, phone, bed count).

If your facility still has an active admin, use the Join my team flow instead. If you can only verify 1–2 fields, email support@bedgrid.org for manual review.
